★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca compren puertas en este lugar, la madera no esta curada contra polilla como comentan los vendedores, la instalación es pésima y pintan la puerta en tu casa dejando la pared manchada.
Never buy doors in this place, the wood is not cured against moth as the sellers comment, the installation is terrible and they paint the door in your house leaving the wall stained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio se realizó una compra de una puerta para la cual se acordó que la instalación sería en un plazo de 10 días hábiles, se estuvo llamando a la sucursal y aseguraban que para el día jueves (día que se cumplía con el plazo) se realizaría la instalación. Vuelvo a llamar a la sucursal ese día, me dicen que ocurrió un evento inesperado y que problemas de pintura y otras cosas, por lo que tendría que esperar 15 días más, la persona que atendió el teléfono al notar que estaba molesto, nos dice que adelantará el trabajo y que para el lunes ya se instalará. Como haciéndome un favor.

Pasó el lunes y martes, para lo cual no me daban respuesta clara, voy a la sucursal por qué al parecer se tuvo otro problema y se necesitaban 6 días más porqué el empleado cometió un error al realizar la orden con la pintura, etc. Ya molesto (sin faltar al respeto) les decimos que para este fin de semana les daba para resolverlo o pediría el reembolso, porque ya tiene más del mes que quedaron en entregar una puerta, se supone que son especialistas en eso, puras fallas. No puedo juzgar toda la tienda solo por un evento pero si te queda una muy mala experiencia.

I can not judge the whole store just for an event but if you have a very bad experience.
