Son un fraude roban diciendo que ponen piezas o arreglos que nunca le hacen a los vehículos. A mi vehículo le dañaron el motor y nunca se hicieron responsables.
They are a fraud they steal saying that they put parts or arrangements that they never do to vehicles. My vehicle had engine damage and was never responsible.

Very expensive Took my car in , 1000.00 US dollars later to replace plastic container that washes windows . I ask them also to check tires as I thought I heard a funny sound. Told me all was fine and turns out I was driving with no oil in my engine which they said they checked.

I am not going to make any judgements about this business. I am just going to report to you the experience that I had 17 june 2019. I took my car in for a lube, oil change and filter because the shop looked nice and clean and very busy. Well, I was charged 1265 pesos about $66 US dollars. I was shocked! I only pay $32 with my trusted mechanic in the US. More than twice the US rate. Then Oscar presented me with an offer to change my front and rear shocks for 12,652 pesos, $658 US dollars. I took the paper with that quote and called my mechanic in the US and told him what was going on here. His first words were that doesn't sound like Mexican costs. It is even more than US. He specifically asked me how much he wanted for the alignment. I told him 1850 pesos, $96. My US mechanic told me that he only charges about $30 dollars. Do you see that trend. Well, here is the lowest blow, When I asked my mechanic when I had my shocks replaced, he looked and told me, "Just before you left for Mexico last February of this year." I don't even need new shocks. That's my story. Beware and I recommend do not use this guy at all.

Have been here many times to have work done on several different vehicles. Not sure why there is so many negative posts about these guys. We have never been over charged for anything at all and the rates have been more than reasonable. People are always comparing things to the US or Canada and that seems unfair. My Jeep takes special oil that is not readily available here and is more than twice the price of the US. Is that the fault of Car City? I don't think so......
