★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima paquetería. Marcaron mi pedido como entrega fallida. Me comuniqué con con ellos mediante mensaje de Facebook y por su página web para pedir una explicación. Ya que jamás tocaron a la puerta ni llamaron por teléfono. Al final me dijeron fue una confusión del conductor pero si llegaría ese día, lo cual fue mentira. Y no es la primera vez que hacen eso, basta con leer sus reseñas.
 Terrible parcel. They marked my order as a failed delivery. I contacted them via Facebook message and on their website to ask for an explanation. Since they never knocked on the door or called on the phone. In the end they told me it was a confusion of the driver but if it would arrive that day, which was a lie. And it is not the first time they do that, just read their reviews.
