C	Chris Legend on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel esta céntrico puedes ir caminando a varios puntos importantes de valle, agua caliente, limpio, excelente servicio, incluye desayuno de 9 a 11 am, la terraza tiene bonita vista, el único pero que le pongo es el estacionamiento ya que es compartido con los huéspedes y es muy pequeño, tu carro se puede quedar encerrado por los carros de los otros huéspedes, si lo metiste hasta el fondo ya valiste, tienen que avisarle al otro huésped que mueva su carro si te apetece salir, otra cosa el estacionamiento está afuera del hotel a un costado y la puerta del estacionamiento se queda abierta. Me dio incertidumbre dejar el carro afuera y tiene un letrero que tiene escrito que no se hacen responsables por robos de partes, desconozco a qué hora de la noche la cierren la puerta del estacionamiento. De ahí en fuera todo fine. The hotel is centrally located you can walk to several important points in the valley, hot water, clean, excellent service, includes breakfast from 9 to 11 am, the terrace has a beautiful view, the only thing I put is the parking lot since it is shared with the guests and it is very small, your car can be locked in by the cars of the other guests, if you put it all the way in, you are good enough, they have to tell the other guest to move their car if you want to go out, otherwise the parking lot is outside the hotel to one side and the parking lot door stays open. It gave me uncertainty to leave the car outside and it has a sign that has written that they are not responsible for theft of parts, I do not know what time of night the parking door is closed. From there on out everything is fine.

El desayuno y almuerzo está incluido en la reserva (dependiendo del paquete) y es muy rico, la fruta super fresca y dulce. The place is clean and beautiful, the attention from Mr. Horacio is excellent, very friendly, helpful and entertaining. Breakfast and lunch is included in the reservation (depending on the package) and it is very rich, the fruit is super fresh and sweet.

La veerdad nos encantó, seguro regresamos! It is a cozy place, located in a quiet street; the rooms are beautiful, equipped with the necessary, some have a terrace and the view is incredible; the breakfast is rich and the attention is very good, especially from Horacio and also from Karen. Incluso se pone delantal y te sirve un desayuno de lujo! Si van no se pierdan los bisquets de zarzamora son geniales. Corrimos con la suerte de llegar a un espléndido lugar pero más que el lugar, una excelente atención eso hace tu experiencia valiosa. I have never felt such warm attention from a hotel. The Administrator "Horacio" is always aware of what you need. She even puts on an apron and serves you a luxurious breakfast! If you go do not miss the blackberry biscuits they are great. We were lucky enough to arrive at a splendid place but more than the place, an excellent service that makes your experience valuable.

Las instalaciones están muy bien cuentan con aire acondicionado ya que en Valle de Bravo muchos hoteles no cuentan con este servicio. El desayuno es muy bueno y completísimo, estaría bien un restaurante de tiempo completo. Cuenta con estacionamiento cerrado y abierto, faltaría una piscina y/o jacuzzi para estar al 100. Excelente lugar muy recomendable para pasar un fin de semana como en casa pero fuera de ella. Place with excellent location, the staff is very attentive and helpful. El desayuno increíble incluido en el costo, la atención muy buena. No le pongo 5 estrellas por un detalle de limpieza, note que de los 2 días que nos hospedamos no cambiaron las sábanas... La ubicación está a 10 mins caminando al centro y no tiene alberca hubiera estado de 5 estrellas tenerla. The accommodation was just what we booked, the bed and pillows very comfortable! Very nice decoration and bathroom supplies. Incredible breakfast included in the cost, very good attention. I don't give it 5 stars for a detail of cleanliness, note that of the 2 days we stayed the sheets were not changed... The location is 10 minutes walking to the center and it does not have a pool it would have been 5 stars to have it.
