★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel está hermoso y la atención del concierge (Andrés) fue la mejor. Debido a que la zona se quedó sin electricidad, nos cambiaron a una habitación mejor sin costo adicional y con la mejor actitud. Cualquier duda que tuvimos Andrés nos ayudó a resolverla.
 The hotel is beautiful and the attention of the concierge (Andrés) was the best. Due to the area losing power, they upgraded us to a better room at no extra cost and with the best attitude. Any doubt that we had Andrés helped us to solve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena pasamos un fin de semana tranquilo y una experiencia agradable, tal vez sentimos que me faltan cortinas para tener un poco más de privacidad donde está el lobby de la habitación por que se alcanza a ver a lo lejos casas en construcción. También al hidromasaje le falta alguna puerta o cortina para que no se vea al área de masajes. Sin duda volveríamos a visitarlos y muy entusiasmados por la piscina en construcción. Gracias :)
Very good we spent a quiet weekend and a pleasant experience, perhaps we feel that I lack curtains to have a little more privacy where the lobby of the room is because you can see houses under construction in the distance. The hydromassage also lacks a door or curtain so that the massage area is not visible. We would definitely visit again and very excited about the pool being built. Thanks :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: A very nice garden unit which was self- contained ! Large comfortable bed and excellent large walk-in shower !. Negative: Missed not having a comfortable seat/sofa in the room and the TV reception was not good !.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room, bathtub, and bed were all good. However, the checking in process, and anything whatsoever to do with service was poor. The gentleman at the front desk told us he was formerly a chef and had only been in the position for a couple days. It appears that, although he was well-meaning, he had zero training. New Year's Eve, when others were checking in, he really had no idea of the process....was confused about prices, and although all incoming guests spoke English, he did not well enough to verbalize costs, or anything else. And, he was so confused previously on the phone, that he asked us to come in person (we live in the same town) the day before and pay or he could not reserve the room.
