★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company that did not deliver the package to the recipient, and then returned it long and expensively, cannot be called Express. The whole process took almost one and a half months. It’s good that they still haven’t lost the package. I will never use the services of UPS again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This office is great. Very friendly staff. However good luck getting anything shipped from the USA to Mexico. That's for UPS, DHL or FedEx. They are all terrible. UPS has by far the worst customer service of them all.
To my fellow Americans you can not "import" anything with a declared value of >$1,000usd. It's the law. UPS said there was ways. Almost lost my job because of UPSs misinformation.

shows in Cancun for 3 days
Deliveries by fed ex and DHL arriving in Playacar daily. No UPS delivered in 3 days.
Store not open today during posted business hours.
Blue tubs of incoming packages sitting on floor of lobby. Doesn't answer phone.
No message machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Send a letter with document from Playa del Carmen to Berlin / Germany on 6 dec. Estimated arrival was 8.dec. IN 3 DAYS AS PAID FOR.
It arrived 7 Days later in Germany, and in total 9 days later the customer.
Customer was at home !!!! But the first 2 try to deliver failed.
On 3rd try UPS driver can deliver to my Lawyer.
UPS had phonenumber of the receiver.
Why they do not call the receiver at the door asking why you not open the door.
As I mentioned before, receiver was whole time in his office!!!!
So I can say to expensive for that bad service ,
Same letter needs same time with a regular AIR MAIL via a normal post office.
Sorry will be no longer client of UPS.
