★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Necesita áreas para clases de guitarra ya que estamos usando la de corte y confección y a veces se utiliza más tiempo del horario normal y no podemos usarla para la clase de guitarra y suspenden la clase.

No tiene estacionamiento al público, hay que dejar tu auto por un costado porque por el frente no se puede, hay tráfico.
