A	Alondra Tim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio lleve a reparación un aparato y tardaron mas de un mes con el y para último que no no repararán nada según ellos la lo habían reparado y cuando fui por el resulto que no compusieron nada nada más hacen perder el tiempo y sus numeros de telefono que proporcionan nunca contestan en general pésimo servicio no recomiendo que lleven a reparar sus cosas ahí es gente muy incompetente. Me repararon mi secadora y al día siguiente volvió a fallar. He llamado para que regresen y me han dejado plantada en 3 ocasiones. El teléfono que dan para seguimiento nunca contestan. Muy mala experiencia Deficient service in kindness, punctuality and seriousness. I went to them for being the only Authorized Service Center and it turned out to be pretty bad. They fixed my dryer and the next day it failed again. I have called for them to come back and they have stood me up 3 times. The phone they give for follow-up is never answered. Very bad experience

Mi lavadora se descompuso, vino a checar el supuesto técnico, su diagnóstico fue que la tarjeta madre había tronado y que habría que cambiarla nueva, casi 6000 pesos la cosa, por si fuera poco me cobraron nomás por ir. no confié en lo que me dijo porque no tenía mucho sentido así que llamé a otro. Era el motor que estaba fallando, lo arregló por menos de 2000 y ahora funciona bastante bien. Su tirada era según ellos cambiar la tarjeta madre por otra, llevarse la original que servia bastante bien y después salir con que el motor también estaba fallando. Unas ratotas!!
