★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty sweet brewery. Cool, old building and expansive space. The beer selection is on point, with a crazy wide variety. The beer is quality too. The place almost feels like an American brewery, due to the vibe, food and beer. I heard the guys who opened this place are part of the old Cigar City crew. I can see and taste why this might be true. I had the chamorro to eat and it was delish.
Only problem is I went on a Saturday and it was packed to the hilt. For a place that big, I still had to wait around an hour for a place to sit. After an hour, they offered me a table or a place at the bar. I took the place at the bar, rolled my eyes hard and got a beer. I was on a solo mission. Instead of waiting an hour, I think they could have offered me a place at the bar, right from the get go. Also. parking looks like it gets tight there on the weekends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good ambience. Nice place to sit and chit chat. Yes, its a brewery, however I didnt have any beers :-( Can hang out. Service is Ok. Can be better.
Check your bill closely - not that it helps. They charged me for stuff I didn’t order. On bringing it to their notice they didn’t correct it and insisted that I indeed ordered it. Useless fellows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a cool location in an old factory with a lot of parking but the waitress didn’t know much about the beer which is necessary at a brewery. The food was only ok. Ordered burger medium well and it was red in the middle. Cajun fries were pretty bland. Pretzel was pretty good but needed salt. Some beers were not to style at all and some tasted a little “off” but also the waitress got all the tasters mixed up so we had to figure out on our own what was what. It was quiet when we arrived at 3pm but busy by 430pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An historic textile factory transformed into a craft beer brewery, beer garden, restaurant, café and cultural space with live music - all in one place! Had a tasty tortilla soup and the sampler with five beers for tasting. Great ambience. Went for lunch with a mixed crowd at the place - some people working on their laptops, families and others coming for lunch or drinks. Next to the restaurant there are independent shops making natural personal care products, ice cream etc. Definitely a place to come back to!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful old beer factory renewed to be a bar, restaurant and cute shops. You can still walk around and visit old beer making machinery. Nonetheless the artisan beer is amazing with and insane variety of them. The place is open and is great for family and friends; they even have a stage for small bands to play in. I've gone about 3 times and not once has it disappointed me. You can even by artisan beer at a fair price to take home. Overall one of my favorite places in Querétaro.
