★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es una sorpresa q exista una buena atención en este clase de empresas ya q ser dependencia de gobierno parece q vas a pedir regalado y para la solución de algún problema primero te piden q pagues tu adeudo para darle solución en fin es lamentable q no exista otro proveedor de energía y se tenga q depender de estos.

Pero si quieres hacer tu trámite para un nuevo contrato de luz, te sugiero acudir a pedir informes y tener en cuenta que deberás hacer muchos trámites y obtener certificados inútiles, así como tener suficiente efectivo para el "salto" y agilizar la contratación.
