Nos atendió la dueña del local, y yo le recomiendo a ella que tome un curso para cortes, porque al final de cuentas, pareciera que su experiencia no sirve de nada. Me dejó mi cabello horrible y no respetó el corte que yo quería. Amigas, si tienen el cabello rizado, no vayan a esta estética. I did not like the end result, I am very upset. Fui a que me corrigiera un tinte y me dejo el cabello como yo le quería, tiene toda la experiencia de la vida, definitivamente le confiaría de nuevo mi cabello Mrs. Silvia is excellent at what she does. Llego y se molesta porque traía el cabello húmedo (obvio uno se baña antes de ir a la estética) y me quería cobrar extra por el servicio de secado según me lo había dicho y jamás lo comento durante el apartado del lugar para lo cual pide depósito ( no lo veo mal porque ellos aseguran un cliente y uno el servicio) pero realmente mi cabello estaba casi seco. En fin. Al finalizar mi peinado solicité unos arreglos y se molesta que porque ( era cuestión de 2 o 3 pasadores más) Insistía en que había apartado más servicios y me acusaba de haberlos cancelado para la cual le contrate que tenía todas las conversaciones y los comprobantes de depósito. Realmente ME SACARON DEL APURO pero el trato al cliente en lo personal no le gustó nada!! No lo recomiendo They get you out of trouble but the person who treated me very angry, scold me for getting lost (I'm from outside). I arrive and get upset because I had wet hair (obviously one takes a bath before going to the esthetician) and he wanted to charge me extra for the drying service as he had told me and I never comment on it during the section of the place for which he asks for a deposit (I do not see it bad because they assure a client and a service) but really my hair was almost dry. Anyway. At the end of my hairstyle, I requested some repairs and he was upset that because (it was a matter of 2 or 3 more pins) He insisted that he had set aside more services and accused me of having canceled them for which I hired him that he had all the conversations and the deposit vouchers. They really got me out of trouble but he didn't like the personal customer service at all !! I do not recommend it

I have always been so scared of dying my hair but the workers there made me feel reassured that my hair would be fine by having a nice and neat shop, extra attention to personal needs, and even recommended products for my hair that was once a mess. I believe Ivan and the owner also stayed extra time after closing just to make sure the job was done right. Thank you so much!
M	M Power on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware! I arranged for an appointment to have my daughters already short hair trimmed and dyed. I showed Ivan a clear photo of her and explained what we wanted. He said it would be 1200 pesos which we agreed on and he accepted a deposit. I took my daughter on the set date and the job was done, and afterwards we were told that the price was now 1750. I tried to communicate with the owner and inquire why the price changed, and even called a friend to mediate between us but the owner would not speak with her and I found her impolite. If the haircut on its own was 250 pesos, how could the dye alone be 1500? The job was lovely, and in the end I paid the price, but we will not return.
