Atienden incluso aunque lleves a tu hijo por algo que no es urgencia.
Si tienes seguro popular la consulta es gratis y el medicamento tmb, debes llevar tu póliza del seguro.
La farmacia cierra a las 4 pm, por lo que si vas despues de esa hora tendrás que comprar el medicamento en cualquier farmacia porque ya no se te podrá dar por parte del seguro popular.
Cuenta con servicio para radiografías, laboratorio y hay un módulo del seguro popular para que hagas tus trámites.
Es un hospital de segundo nivel, por lo que cuenta con especialistas en pediatría.
El tiempo de espera es corto, máximo 1 hora.
Las instalaciones estan limpias y el servicio es bueno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de ayer fui al hospital para que atendieran a mi bebé de 7 meses; lo e llevado en 3 ocasiones y jamás había recibido el trato que recibí el día de ayer; ayer lleve a mi niño al rededor de las 8 de la noche y me atendió el dr. Miguel Ángel garza luna una persona grosera y despota, aparte de no ser respetuoso se puso a hablar mal de mi pediatra de cabecera que ni siquiera tiene el gusto de conocer y comenzó a decir un sinfín de cosas que a él no le incuben ya que no es de su interés opinar sobre mi pediatra y mucho menos de mi vida. En todo mi mento se porto arrogante haciendo comentarios fuera de lugar como por ejemplo; pues “si puede llevarlo a otro lugar porque no lo lleva” y no se porque ya que nisiquiera le hice un comentario de que me quería retirar, en otro momento me dijo que el era un maestro del Tec de mty y que prácticamente por eso se portaba así.lo cual me parece una conducta inapropiada ya que en ningún momento le falte al respeto. Si alguien me puede ayudar orientándome en donde puedo poner una queja contra este dr, se lo agradecería.

If someone can help me by guiding me where I can make a complaint against this dr, I would appreciate it.
