se que es día festivo pero muy mal organizados no estaban ni llenas las mesas y la persona que tienen de encargada super grosera haciendo caras molesta y no soluciona nada la comida la trajeron super helada pedí 4 bebidas y solo me trajeron 2 y las otras 2 me las querían dar ya que nos íbamos
una de las bebidas era pura agua no tenía nada de sabor a coco era agua totalmente
la persona que esta encargada solo se sentó atrás de la barra y no resolvía problemas
y no fue ni para disculparse

super bad service in north guaymas branch
I know it's a holiday but very poorly organized the tables were not even full and the person they have as super rude manager making annoying faces and does not solve anything the food was brought super cold I asked for 4 drinks and they only brought me 2 and the other 2 I they wanted to give them since we were leaving
one of the drinks was pure water it had no coconut flavor at all it was totally water
the person in charge just sat behind the bar and did not solve problems
and it wasn't even to apologize
