★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen chocolate, pésimo servicio, los meseros se la pasan platicando entre ellos o con la gente que va pasando. Tardan, sin mentir, hasta 25 minutos en tomar la orden aunque haya solamente 2 o 3 mesas ocupadas, se les olvida llevar lo que se les pide, les tuve que encargar mas de 3 veces la cuenta y a meseros diferentes, nos movieron de mesa porque iba a entrar un grupo grande de personas, y después de esto poca o nada de atención nos dieron, dan preferencia a los extranjeros, en fin... Personal mal capacitado y poco serviciales.
Good chocolate, terrible service, the waiters spend their time talking to each other or to the people who pass by. They take, without lying, up to 25 minutes to take the order even if there are only 2 or 3 tables occupied, they forget to bring what is asked of them, I had to order the bill more than 3 times and different waiters, they moved us from table because A large group of people was going to enter, and after this little or no attention was given to us, they give preference to foreigners, in short ... Poorly trained and unhelpful staff.
