★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porque dan mal servicio en el cajero automático. A pesar que es la matris solamente tienen 2 cajeros y continuamente cuando no falla uno falla el otro y en ocasiones se hacen largas filas a la intemperie sin importarles las diferentes inclemencias del tiempo.
Tienen SUFICIENTE lugar dentro del banco para colocar los cajeros u aumentar mas cajeros.continua el mal sevicio en los 2 cajeros de Banamex ( en la matris) de Matamoros Tam. Solamente tienen 2 cajeros.
Y cuando no falla uno falla el otro y nadie atiende a pesar de la larga fila. LES VALE.
Because they give bad service at the ATM. Although it is the matris they only have 2 ATMs and continuously when one does not fail the other fails and sometimes there are long lines in the open without caring about the different inclement weather.
They have ENOUGH space inside the bank to place the ATMs or increase more ATMs. The bad service continues in the 2 ATMs of Banamex (in the matrix) of Matamoros Tam. They only have 2 ATMs.
And when one does not fail, the other fails and no one attends despite the long line. IT IS WORTH IT.
