Cada semana tengo que ir a distintos bancos y siempre es Banamex el peor, y prefiero recorrer media ciudad para ir a otra sucursal que ir a esta que me queda super cerca, te hacen hacer fila de oquis, justo hoy me pusieron a hacer una fila que no servía para nada, tras media hr armaron otra fila sin importar el orden de la anterior, a los turnos no les importa a que vas, solo dan un tipo de turno y listo, avanzan super lento los números y al final, tras esperar mínimo una hora (nunca me han atendido en menor tiempo) te atiende una cajera de mal genio y medio prepotente, mientras otro fulano, posiblemente supervisor o algún puestecillo similar te dice que eso lo puedes hacer en un cajero automático, le explicas (sin necesidad) los motivos por los cuales no lo haces en las máquinas y sale con que cambies las operaciones para que mejor lo hagas en las máquinas la próxima vez, osea que aparte ni te quieren atender. Parece que te hacen un favor con recibirte dinero y x si fuera poco el estacionamiento es demasiado pequeño y con mala distribución. Resumen el peor banco que conozco y la peor sucursal de la ciudad (y voy a Bancomer, Banamex, BanRegio, Santander, BanBajío, Banorte, etc. semanalmente). ?? Recomiendo llevar un libro, para evitar el aburrimiento durante la espera, pues es bastante larga, o si lo prefieren, tomar el turno e irse a pasear a la plaza Sendero o algún lugar cercano (si tienen algún negocio) es muy buena opción también, esa es la ventaja de Banamex sobre otros bancos: los turnos. En la parte inferior del boleto de turno dice aproximadamente el tiempo que falta para que lo atiendan, y el número de personas que anteceden a usted.
