Excelente servicio y habitaciones muy cómodas y muy limpias

Buena opción en visita de trabajo a Tampico - Altamira. Se encuentra muy cerca de una plaza comercial con supermercado, farmacias y tiendas de conveniencia además de bancos. Las habitaciones están limpias y ordenadas al llegar. El personal de recepción es muy atento y procuran apoyarte en lo que necesites. Durante el día hay café en el lobby y por las mañanas de 6am a 8am puedes desayunar ahí ya que esta incluido con el pago de la habitación. Cuando es de trabajo es importante contar con una buena conexión de Internet y aquí apenas cumple con lo mínimo de velocidad, salvo eso es buena relación precio / servicio.

Clean, well maintained hotel close to suburban shopping with very nice rooms and a great breakfast, all for a very reasonable price.

My stay was good... At first I had lots of complaints I admit I was wrong... At first I had complained and let them know about the things that had bother me, but within very short time all them complaines were fixed... That really tells you that they care and listen to their customers. The people around this hotel and in this hotel, are the MOST WARM AND KIND that you wouldn't ever find any were else... Mr. Teo one of the security guards is one of the guys that I will remember for the rest of my life, at the front desk everyone was always ready to hear and try to fix any issue that we may had or were going through. Sells personnel and all staff thanks for all what you have done for me and my coworkers during our stay... This is a great please, close to the airport, several pharmacies around the hotel, grocery stores, close to down town, close to the beach etc etc etc.

I was helping out a friend stranded in this town, I paid for his hotel over the phone with my credit card. Apparently the employee that works at night at approximately 8:30 on December 10, 2021 decided to go on a shopping spree and charged over $2000.00. Management asked employees and all denied it. Of course nobody is going to admit to it, but a little research would show you which employee was working. Highly disappointed to be taken advantage of. UPDATE: They had an employee meeting and all denied they did it. Of course nobody was going to admit it! Apparently that's the end of it. Still waiting on bank to investigate which can take up to a month. $2000 before Christmas is alot. Update to my Update since the company wanted to respond: Nobody was held accountable, took my bank 3 month's to return all my money, however one of your employees that worked that night, used my card for their own benefit. They wrote down the credit card information and didn't tear it up. Basically in your email you stated nothing could be done since Nobody admitted to it. I worked in a business that accepted cash and credit card information and everything is time stamped and who did it. You did nothing to help me....
