I love the amenities and they had a great staffs

New hotel and they still have to fix a few things, the cleaning staff woke us up every day knocking the door early in the morning when everything we wanted was sleep, breakfast is not organized they run out of everything really quick and they take a lot of time to refill so first day I couldn’t have breakfast. We found out there was a problem with one of the pool lights and asked one of the staffs to turn it off to avoid an electric shock and he did nothing about it ( one day after we heard of someone dying for an electric shock inside a pool for the same problem in another country) staffs should be trained and know how serious is a problem like this. NO HOT WATER IN OUR ROOM! Location was great, there is a pharmacy and OXXO just in the entrance and a supermarket, Starbucks, and restaurants five minutes walking. Rooms were a little bit small but that was okay with me, my window was facing to a car wash or something like that so I had to close the window all the time.

Rooms were nicer here than at the Holiday Inn! Very environmentally friendly hotel with a splash of style! 1pm checkout is VERY friendly for late nights or the last day! Only complaint would be the undesired 9am knock from staff on my floor checking all the rooms for how many occupants were there, but they were very friendly and I assume had a reason to be doing so.

Standard business hotel, modern design, well maintenance and in pretty new condition. Practical if you need a place to work and sleep in town.

The pool could use some maintenance but other than that it was good breakfast was delicious

Hotel was pretty good, staff was very friendly. Check in very fast, less than 5 minutes. Nice pool. Free breakfast good as well. Reason why I'm leaving 4 stars is because the bathroom have a bad odor and nauseating. Even when it's clean, think there's a problem inside that you guys need to check immediately.
