★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayudo a mi gato en dos ocaciones, pero realmente no me parece que tenga buenas bases. No explora correctamente a los animales, da medicamentos que no son para lo que necesita el animalito, le da flojera revisar, a veces te trata como loco. Precios muy elevados y exagerados....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper elevados los costos! El 1 de Julio 2021 llevé a un perrito y cobró por baño y corte (rapado) $500 y hoy 5 de Julio hablo para preguntar costo de baño y corte rapado y me dicen que está en $280... No es la primera vez que me pasa eso con él. De la nada cambia costos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diagnóstico muy mal a mi perro, encima me vendían el tratamiento caro, lo lleve a otro sitio (Petco) y le hicieron los exámenes y no tenía nada grave.
My dog was diagnosed very badly, on top of that they sold me the expensive treatment, I took him to another place (Petco) and they did the tests and he had nothing serious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Específicamente el Dr. Luna es excelente. Sabe lo que hace, explica lo que sucede y cuida no sólo a las mascotas sino a sus dueños.
Tengo 2 gatas y él es su médico de cabecera. Veo gente que se queja de los precios, y sí, sé que hay más baratos pero, así como no es lo mismo ir a consultar al Similares que al Doctors, no es lo mismo ir a una consulta de 50 pesos que con el Doc Luna.
Specifically, Dr. Luna is excellent. He knows what he is doing, explains what is happening and takes care not only of pets but of their owners.
I have 2 cats and he is their family doctor. I see people who complain about the prices, and yes, I know there are cheaper ones but, just as it is not the same to go to consult the Similars than to the Doctors, it is not the same to go to a consultation for 50 pesos than with Doc Luna .
