★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cadena de oración para que Luuna me haga caso, no me han querido cambiar una base Mérida (que por cierto son pésimas, tengo que tener una pelota para que no baile.
Y el colchón se hunde!! (tengo varios colchones y el principal salió muy malo y no me lo cambian) ya teníamos fecha de cambio pero no se dio por el coronavirus, pero ahora ya más de un mes y de plano no me responden.
Los productos (cuando funcionan) son perfectos! amo la suavidad, lo que es pésimo es el tema de la atención al cliente, y eso que tienen un sistema de tickets de salesforce.

And the mattress sinks !! (I have several mattresses and the main one was very bad and they do not change it) We already had a change date but it did not happen due to the coronavirus, but now it is more than a month and they do not respond to me.
The products (when they work) are perfect! I love smoothness, what is terrible is the issue of customer service, and that they have a salesforce ticket system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent salesperson! I loved being able to nap for 15 mins to try the mattress. I was a bit hesitant investing in a mattress but felt reassured that you can try the mattress for 30 days at home. Seemed a much better deal than other brands where you can just touch the mattress.
I bought the mattress, pillow and sheets. They all are incredible. To be honest I didn’t know that buying a quality mattress was so important so I’ve always slept on very cheap ones before. But now I have Luuna mattress I can never go back! BTW the sheets are amazing quality! Have the salesperson explain to you the benefits because also for sheets I did not realize the difference and now I have bought a second Luuna set because my boyfriend can’t stop talking about the sheets:)
