El corte fue menos que las puntas y como ellas eligieron, no como pedí. Por último, pero no menos importante, la presentación en general de TODO el personal deja mucho que desear y grita el poco cuidado y profesionalismo del trabajo que realizan. The appointment was at 4 and they started attending me around 4:40, I asked for dye and cut, without asking, they judged and questioned my choice. The cut was less than the tips and as they chose, not as I asked. Last but not least, the overall presentation of ALL staff leaves much to be desired and shouts the little care and professionalism of the work they do.

Pero ese no es el problema, son bien pagados cuando el trabajo es bien hecho y el cliente queda satisfecho, situación que no sucede aquí. La persona que ofrece el servicio , no escucha lo que se le pide y hace lo que quiere sin prestar ninguna atención. Está más concentrada en platicar con el demás personal. Muy poco recomendable.
