★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly updated rooms. Laminate floors are lovely. Mattresses and bedding are high-end and very comfortable. Wonderful buffet breakfast. Off-street parking with an attendant - very reassuring. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Monclova.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this place, central to typical visitor needs. Nice clean hotel, friendly staff.
If you are wanting to have a drink, the hotel doesn't serve drinks or beer in the restaurant.
Room water is not potable, not a big deal, water bottles are available.
The only thing lacking was proper internet service while in the rooms, I tried two different rooms and the internet was not useable in either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location with extremely clean rooms and accommodating staff. I fount the restaurant a great value with excellent service, and the morning breakfasts catered to perfection!
The WiFi signals and bandwidth were both primarily non existent. If I'd had WiFi, this would have been an outstanding local...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are very clean and nice. What I did not like whatsoever was that we could not have visitors. The whole reason for getting a hotel is because we are visiting. If you have a guest that is not listed on the room reservation they are not allowed past the lobby. We were here for my little sisters 15 and we got a room mainly so she would have somewhere clean to get her hair and makeup done and they wouldn’t let the stylist in. Very unsatisfied. They watch everyone like a hawk and sometimes ask you to verify your name for a reservation to even try and get to the room you paid for which is just ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely disappointed. We all know safety measures, but how come you guys don't assist customer who can't carry their own luggage if guest are not allow??. Your staff can't solve a situation nor have acctitude, lack of professionalism.
One Start is a lot to give.
