★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La última vez que fui no fue una buena atención por parte de un empleado, me vendieron una batería usada, no tenía el sello de garantía, se le menciono al empleado, en el lugar probé la batería y no tenía carga, le informe al empleado y me comento que no todas estaban precargadas, confié y me la lleve, la puse a cargar, jamás cargo y no era detectada por la laptop, al siguiente día fui para hacer valida la garantía y me toco otro empleado muy amable y con buena actitud de servicio( solo me acuerdo que tenía el cabello largo), me hizo el cambio, una batería completamente nueva y sellada, hasta me comento que la podía probar y conectar en el lugar, deben cuidar esos detalles con el cliente, desde un inicio pudieron haberme dado la batería nueva, me hicieron perder tiempo y dinero en traslado.
The last time I went it was not a good service from an employee, they sold me a used battery, it did not have the warranty seal, it was mentioned to the employee, at the place I tested the battery and it had no charge, I informed the employee and he told me that not all of them were preloaded, I trusted and took it, I put it to load, I never charged and it was not detected by the laptop, the next day I went to validate the guarantee and I was met by another very friendly employee with a good attitude service (I only remember that I had long hair), he made the change, a completely new and sealed battery, he even told me that he could test it and connect it on the spot, they must take care of those details with the client, from the beginning they could having given me the new battery, they made me lose time and money in transport.
