★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar para vivir, han talado los árboles, las alberca están sucias y faltas de limpieza, tiene problemas de agua y no hay lugar para estacionarte, la administración es pésima y no hay control de nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El precio de los departamentos es de lo más bajo que encontrarás en toda la zona, para ser nuevos y con buenos acabados. La realidad es que la administración deja mucho que desear ?, la alberca de arriba una semana esta limpia y la otra no, la de abajo definitivamente esta deshabilitada todo el tiempo y gran parte es por que no todos están al corriente con el pago del mantto que viene acompañado de la desconfianza que se ha ganado la admon. Te recomiendo que no compres sin antes preguntar como esta el tema de la admon del condominio.

Han arrasado con las áreas verdes y los que deseen comprar que les den una vuelta por la salida de abajo para que vean el portón y el lugar donde se deposita la basura. Que no los engañen!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya se notan varios problemas con el mantenimiento. La alberca ya no funciona, está sucia, pues el drenaje que está descubierto y se ve horrible, tiene fuga y todo se va ahí. El pasamanos de las escaleras también lo rompieron y ya no repararon. Las "áreas verdes" se observan descuidadas, pese a que hay gente que hace esa labor. Falta iluminación en áreas comunes. Recomiendo visitarlo y ver a detalle, antes de comprar ahí, pues hay varias "amenidades" que deberían darle plusvalia, pero por el deterioro, lo demeritan.
