★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperé a que abrieran desde 15 minutos antes del horario y hasta una hora después y nunca abrieron. Era para un trabajo que debí entregar hoy mismo. Que mala experiencia. No recomiendo lugares como éste donde tiempo y horarios no se respetan
I waited for them to open from 15 minutes before hours and up to an hour later and they never opened. It was for a job that I had to deliver today. What a bad experience. I do not recommend places like this where time and schedules are not respected

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO LUGAR. Computadoras viejísimas, lentas y muy desactualizadas. No hay sillas para los clientes que usan las compus, las sillas las usan las encargadas para sentarse a ver su celular cómodamente. Pedí indicaciones para imprimir a color, me las dieron y las seguí al pie de la letra, pero la impresora a la que mandé mis impresiones aparentemente trabaja en blanco y negro por default así que mis impresiones salieron en blanco y negro pero LAS ENCARGADAS INSISTIERON EN COBRÁRMELAS COMO IMPRESIONES A COLOR. Al negarme a pagar las impresiones blanco y negro como impresiones a color, las encargadas se pusieron agresivas, me retuvieron mis documentos (que contenían información sensible) y llamaron a un sujeto para que viniera a amedrentarme y sacarme del lugar con violencia. Terminé pagando con mucho coraje 105 pesos CIENTO CINCO PESOS por 21 impresiones en blanco y negro. NI SE ACERQUEN, no tarda en quebrar el negocio con practicas como esas...
AWFUL PLACE. Very old, slow and very outdated computers. There are no chairs for the clients who use the compus, the chairs are used by the managers to sit and watch their cell phone comfortably. I asked for directions to print in color, they gave them to me and I followed them to the letter, but the printer I sent my prints to apparently works in black and white by default so my prints came out in black and white but THE MANAGERS INSISTED ON CHARGE THEM AS COLOR PRINTS. By refusing to pay for black and white prints as color prints, the managers became aggressive, withheld my documents (which contained sensitive information) and called a subject to come to intimidate me and violently remove me from the place. I ended up paying with great courage 105 pesos ONE HUNDRED FIVE PESOS for 21 black and white prints. DON'T COME NEAR, it doesn't take long for the business to go bankrupt with practices like that ...
