★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, horrible experience. If I could give less than one star, I would. Missed appointments (plural), rudeness, lies, and curtains that don’t fit properly. Fortunately, the Fluvial store tried to salvage the entire operation after I explained everything that went wrong at the Amapas store. I would never use the Amapas store again if it was the last place on earth. And of course, they have not shown up to fix the curtains they screwed up. Not that that bothers me too much. I will never let those people back into my house. I’m taking the curtains elsewhere to be adjusted.
