8 months in a pre-sale and no one gives me a reason for my order, they hide behind the policies but at least I hope they tell me that I already lost my money and that's it, but no one is responsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen gran variedad pero no parece haber comunicación entre quien responde los mails y quien entrega en tienda. No cuentan con cambio en efectivo si vas muy temprano.
They have a great variety but there seems to be no communication between the person who answers the emails and the person who delivers them to the store. They do not have cash change if you go very early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En julio del año pasado hice la preventa de una figura (el Funko del titán femenino) ya casi es un año y me cambiaron la preventa para otra figura debido a que según ellos hay retardo, además solo ese cambio lo pueden realizar una vez. No hagan preventa lo único que me hacen pensar es que es estafa ya que el Funko del sr burns del que también hice preventa según ellos también hubo retrasos y nunca me mandaron correo para recoger mi pieza y esa en todos lados la vendieron menos ellos.
