★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dejaron sin cenar por qué no estaba autorizado el servicio a cuarto, les dije que se pagaría y ni así me quisieron dar el servicio.
O sea actitud más cerrada no podía haber encontrado.
Por eso estamos como estamos, México Lindo y querido.
 They left me without dinner because room service was not authorized, I told them it would be paid and they didn't even want to give me the service.
In other words, a more closed attitude could not have found.
That is why we are as we are, Mexico, Beautiful and dear.

The place is good, close to the visa application place. You can eat on the first floor, the waiter can speak English, and there is an English menu. 400 pesos for 2 people, not more affordable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El bufete no está bueno... y el servicio deja mucho qué desear. Aunque está bien ubicado y se puede salir a caminar o comer algo cerca, está paseo colón y campeche caminando, pero la gente de aquí no acostumbra caminar y los taxis son caros para la distancia tan corta que recorren
The buffet is not good ... and the service leaves a lot to be desired. Although it is well located and you can go for a walk or eat something nearby, it is Paseo Colon and Campeche walking, but the people here do not usually walk and taxis are expensive for the short distance they travel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在Expedia定的，check in的时候什么都没要，签了张确认单就给了房卡......唯一的优点就是离使馆近，走路不到5分种。因为离领事馆近，又邻着主路，所以也安全还可以。地下停车场看起来也还好，停车是免费的并且完全不需要停车卡什么的，入口处有个大爷级的保安手动为你抬栏杆......服务人员基本不说英语...不建议在酒店的餐馆吃饭，酒店南边1mile左右有家HEB，可以去那里买吃的。
I ordered it at Expedia. I didn’t ask for anything when I checked in. I gave the room card after I signed the confirmation form... The only advantage is that it’s close to the embassy and it takes less than 5 minutes to walk. Because it is close to the consulate and next to the main road, it is safe and okay. The underground parking lot looks okay, parking is free and there is no need for a parking card or anything. There is an uncle-level security guard at the entrance to lift the railing manually for you...The service staff basically don't speak English... It is not recommended to eat in the hotel restaurant, there is a HEB about 1 mile south of the hotel, you can go there to buy food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not up to CP standards. They have a very - very - noisy plumbing problem; that's just a little quieter than a brass band. They staff know about it - and admit its a problem - but please pay the full rack rate. The rooms are fine - but what's with the lack of coffee for the coffee maker? You'll need the coffee after such a poor nights sleep.
