★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entiendo que las guarderias del imss son muy complicadas porque se basan en normas y eso esta bien, finalmente tu hijo creo yo "va a estar bien", lo que no me gusta y si alguien sabe donde puedo reportar desde la directora y parte del personal debido al mal trato, la falta de atencion al cliente, o llamemosle falta de calidad humana, aqui no funciona, son muy despotas y se creen en posicion de hacerte sentir que todo lo haces mal, te corrigen y repiten lo mismo y hasta hacen amenaza ligeras para que sepas quien manda, escuche como se dirigio la directora a unos padres de familia y de verdad que me dio miedo y mejor no hice la solicitud. Espero que modifiquen eso lo grosera no es parte de la diciplina, eso es abuso de poder, no deberian de ser maquinas un lugar funciona bien con la calidad humana, el respeto y la disciplina y quien sabe como sean con los niños mucha atencion en eso.
I understand that the nurseries of the imss are very complicated because they are based on rules and that's fine, finally your son I think "will be fine", what I do not like and if anyone knows where I can report from the director and part of the staff due to poor treatment, lack of customer service, or call it lack of human quality, here it does not work, they are very despotic and believe in a position to make you feel that everything you do wrong, correct you and repeat the same and even threaten light so you know who is in charge, listen to how the director addressed some parents and I really was scared and better not made the request. I hope that they modify that the rude is not part of the discipline, that is abuse of power, should not be machines a place works well with human quality, respect and discipline and who knows how to be with the children a lot of attention in that .

They discriminate against my son, they take me out of my job to go get him if he doesn't want to work, they report him daily and I don't see real support or commitment from the nursery
