Food is OK, chilaquiles are tasteful and somewhat spicy.
Here is why I give them 3 stars: it labels itself as a gourmet house, therefore you’ll expect high quality food & beverages… but Coffee tastes like instant coffee, they didn’t pull a cappuccino the correct way. They sell a “Cuenta ovejas chocolate” for $110MXN which is absurd since the chocolate they use to make this beverage is “chocolate abuelita”, the only add on is a marshmallow. If you are going to charge $110 for a chocolate I would expect a high quality chocolate.

Food: we ordered the pantomat with prosciutto. The prosciutto was cut so thinly that you couldn’t taste it.
The lamb chops were delicious!
The hamburger was good. Too bad for the bread. It was so dry that it crumbled into pieces.
We ordered the house wine, Cuenta Ovejas, which was excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was soon looking forward to this place.... We had the burrata for q shared starter. Lacked any flavor and the presentation was really sloppy - the burrata was broken which made all the sauces look just.... sloppy. The sandwiches were brought in in batches, some had no Raclette others had too much... not the best service - staff tried to be helpful but weren't for some reason. The pic is for the best looking of the three chicken parmigiana sandwiches we had. They owe the third star to the Roasted turkey sandwich which was on point! Kinda what I expected for the whole meal. I will not be going back.... :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started off at 5 stars and then was just a confusing experience. We sat down and ordered a croissant, enchiladas, and 2 green juices. They brought the croissant within a couple minutes, and then a few minutes later brought the enchiladas.
All the other tables were getting drinks so we asked about our green juices lol (classic millennials). The server said he would go check, he went to the kitchen, and...then nothing. 5 minutes later we asked again. They again went to the kitchen and disappeared. We asked one more time and they apologized and asked if we wanted them "to go". We said no and we would like them there. They left again and just never brought them hahaha. It really didn't make sense what happened as everyone else was getting coffees, smoothies, and juice. So we paid for enchiladas and a croissant and left to get something to drink at a fresh juice stand next door lol.
