En el acta no. 22 de 1985 con fecha de 14 de mayo, se aborda el tema respecto a la Casa de la Cutura y se asienta que sea el municipio quien se haga cargo de la Institución, para lo cual se adquirirá mobiliario, se conseguirán maestros y se designará un director y un patronato para que lo administre.
It was inaugurated on December 20, 1984. In the record no. 22 of 1985 dated May 14, the issue is addressed regarding the Casa de la Cutura and it is settled that the municipality will take charge of the Institution, for which furniture will be acquired, teachers will be obtained and a director and a board of trustees to administer it.
