★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo el Blizzard. Se ha convertido el estadarte de la marca, es el helado que puedes voltearlo y no se tira; las combinaciones son variadas con base de helado mezclados con pay de limón, chocolate, frutos rojos, caramelo, nueces etc etc
PRUEBA PECAN CLUSTER que lleva chocolate, nuez y caramelo, es una delicia, los muchachos de mostrador son muy atentos, rápidos y el lugar muy limpio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es grosero, lento, no muestra disposición de vender ni atender cordialmente. Nunca funciona su máquina de helados, no hay diferencia entre un local cerrado y está sucursal pues aunque estén abiertos no despachan a nadie.
The staff is rude, slow, shows no willingness to sell or serve cordially. Their ice cream machine never works, there is no difference between a closed place and this branch because even if they are open they do not send anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La máquina de helados jamás funciona, tampoco tienen paletas o sándwich helado, prácticamente no pueden ofrecer ningún producto y te hacen esperar para atenderte sin advertir nada, solo pierdes tu tiempo. No entiendo para que abren.
The ice cream machine never works, they don't have popsicles or ice cream sandwiches either, they practically can't offer any product and they make you wait to serve you without noticing anything, you just waste your time. I don't understand why they open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semana tras semana es lo mismo, la chica encargada sólo atiende a los repartidores de Rappi y no a los clientes, es grosera y solo quita el tiempo a los clientes pues nunca avisa que no hay helado ya que su máquina nunca sirve, para colmo tampoco tienen ni paletas ni otra cosa, parece que el negocio está vacío. Pésimo servicio.
Week after week it is the same, the girl in charge only attends to the Rappi delivery men and not to the clients, she is rude and only takes up the time of the clients because she never warns that there is no ice cream since her machine never works, to top it off neither they have no popsicles or anything else, it seems that the business is empty. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya son dos semanas seguidas, que venimos y nos dicen que no hay nada para vendernos, ni paletas, ni helados y la máquina jamás sirve. ¿Porque para los rappi si hay helado? La actitud de la chica es pésima y no hace nada por solucionar los problemas. Si ya no tienen nada, que cierre su cortina y ya. Muy mal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por qué no ponen un local donde no tenga que ser plaza o patio comercial ,y no tiene que uno fumarce todo el tramita de estacionamiento y todo lo que conlleva para comprar un helado???
Why don't they put a place where it doesn't have to be a plaza or a commercial patio, and one doesn't have to smoke all the parking procedures and everything that goes into buying an ice cream ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este viernes pasado ordenamos un pastel rectangular,,, nos tomaron la orden esto fue como a las ocho de la noche,, el pedido era para el domingo y nos dijeron que no había ningún problema y o sorpresa el domingo no había nada nos dijeron que NADIE HABÍA AVISADO sobre el pedido que habíamos hecho que a nadie le avisaron y pues nos quedamos solo con el coraje de no tener el pastel y pues que mala experiencia y ojalá dieran una respuesta de que se hizo con esta persona que si no van hacer el pedido fuera más fácil decir que no hay apartados de pedidos.
Ojalá haya una respuesta del gerente a esta queja.
This past Friday we ordered a rectangular cake,,, they took our order, this was around eight at night,, the order was for Sunday and they told us that there was no problem, I was surprised, on Sunday there was nothing, they told us that NOBODY I HAD NOTIFIED about the order that we had made that no one was told and well we were left alone with the courage of not having the cake and well what a bad experience and I wish they would give an answer that it was done with this person that if they don't go make the order It would be easier to say that there are no order boxes.
Hopefully there will be a response from the manager to this complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, yo no tengo la culpa de la deficiencia que tienen al saber o no cobrar con puntos del banco, se encabronan y ponen caras y malos tratos. Me dieron mi helado todo nefasto y bueno al final el banco solo considera o toma los puntos que tenemos, por Dios denle capacitación y sobre todo atención al cliente. Wuacala de gente. Ah y la chica encargada muy déspota. ?
Terrible attention, I am not to blame for the deficiency they have in knowing or not charging with bank points, they get pissed off and make faces and abuse. They gave me my ice cream all disastrous and well in the end the bank only considers or takes the points we have, for God's sake give them training and above all customer service. Wow of people. Oh and the very despotic girl in charge. ?
