NO tenían acceso al área de alberca ( según por seguridad)

They did NOT apply antibacterial gel,
There were NO personnel verifying use of mouth covers.
They did NOT have access to the pool area (according to security)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, se nos cobró completo con área de alberca, fui 3 veces antes del día separado para últimos detalles y por mensajes días antes y al llegar el día oh sorpresa! La alberca tenía pared provisional y nunca se nos avisó, le llame a la mujer encargada y dijo que tenía 3 meses cerrada la alberca x la contingencia y NUNCA se nos avisó, después dejo de responder las llamadas, tuve que contratar un show de emergencia y gastar de más. Al terminar el evento nadie se presentó para cerrar ni supervisar el lugar, NO DAN LA CARA POR IRRESPONSABLES ?
¡¡¡ NO LOS RECOMIENDO !!!
Bad service, we were charged complete with pool area, I went 3 times before the day separated for last details and for messages days before and when the day arrived, oh surprise! The pool had a temporary wall and we were never notified, I called the woman in charge and said that the pool had been closed for 3 months due to the contingency and we were NEVER notified, after they stopped answering the calls, I had to hire an emergency show and overspend. At the end of the event no one showed up to close or supervise the place, DO NOT GIVE THE FACE FOR IRRESPONSIBLE ?
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM !!!
