Worst customer service ever. I cannot tell you how many times I've asked for info en Español and they either don't read me or read me and reply once but won't keep up with it ? nada profesional

We have always gone to the dermatologist yearly for check-ups. We are at our year mark of living in Puerto Vallarta so it was time. We reached out to Pam Thompson for a recommendation of a great dermatologist (and as always we were simply amazed at her guidance)! Dr. Natalia was beyond amazing and such a kind, caring soul! She saw my husband and I together and did a very thorough skin cancer exam. She spent over an hour with us and explained her findings and solutions so very well! She removed a number of pre-cancers, and “fixed” a number of pre-old age areas on our skin. All at a total cost that was less than our insurance co-pays back in the States! Just great service in a very nice clean facility from a professional who seemed to truly care about us both! If you are looking for a dermatologist, we recommend Dr. Natalia. Natalia Oroszco is one of best doctor I had for treatments. Don't hesitate to take an appointment if by chance you are in PVR!
