C	Casa Looch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me llegó el mensaje de texto que ya podía recoger mi paquete y al llegar a ésta sucursal, me comentaron que no lo había entregado el repartidor. Llamé al 800 de DHL para reclamar y lo único que recibí fue "le pido una disculpa", como si el infractor fuese yo y no esa empresa. Se dice " le ofrezco una disculpa". Además ofrecer disculpas no soluciona mi pérdida de tiempo y dinero para moverme a la sucursal. Pésimo servicio, antes eran los número uno y hoy están por debajo de Estafeta, que ya es mucho que decir, porque esa empresa es la Peor!! Ahora DHL le está acompañando. Muy mal, falta capacitación a los empleados y sanciones por mentir al sistema de calidad de DHL al "cerrar entregas" sin hacerlo, y todo para "mantener el nivel de calidad dei servicio", una FARSA! Also apologizing does not solve my loss of time and money to move to the branch. Too bad, there is a lack of training for employees and penalties for lying to the DHL quality system when "closing deliveries" without doing so, and all for "maintaining the level of quality of service", a FARSA!

Pero llego y está cerrado. Lo malo es que no aparece en su horario que salen a comer, aparentamente todos los días toman ese receso. Y está bien... Lo malo es que no avisan, ni tienen letrero de su horario y en Google maps aparece abierto en horario continuo.
