Horrible service, I do not really recommend it. We have been asking for the service for days and they stay and never go. It seems that they do us a favor. I am left with a very bad concept of this company. I do not hire him again! ?

En los 3 meses que nos dieron servicio, quedaban de pasar y no pasaban, nos instalaron el cilindro con fuga dos veces, según por un sorteo nos dieron un cilindro "en cortesía" que nos duró un mes (y tenemos calentador solar!). Acabamos de pasar una semana sin gas resolviendo lo de la reposición de un cilindro por su mala instalación que ya habían quedado de hacer, haciendo llamadas telefónicas eternas para "checar con la gerente" que 3 veces quedó de devolver la llamada y nunca lo hizo, para que al final nos digan que "no está autorizado" y que tienen una política de "cambios sin previo aviso", lo que básicamente significa "no cumplo con mis compromisos". Pésima experiencia! No sé lo recomiendo A NADIE.
The worst gas company in Irapuato. In the 3 months that they gave us service, they remained to pass and they did not pass, they installed the leaking cylinder twice, according to a lottery they gave us a cylinder "as a courtesy" that lasted a month (and we have a solar heater!). We have just spent a week without gas solving the replacement of a cylinder due to its bad installation that they had already made, making endless phone calls to "check with the manager" that 3 times she had to return the call and she never did, so that at the end they tell us that "it is not authorized" and that they have a policy of "changes without notice", which basically means "I do not fulfill my commitments". Terrible experience! I do not know I recommend it TO ANYONE.
