★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice un pedido el mes pasado del cual mande mi logo y les mencione que tenia un evento y necesitaba 51 piezas de 3 tipos de artículos, (pluma, libreta y termo), resulta ser que llega el producto por la tarde ya para salir de trabajar y a 1 día de mi evento, para sorpresa en e mero día del evento vemos que en la libreta y el termo viene mal deletreada nuestra pagina y en la pluma viene correcto, tuvimos que entregar así los productos por que era parte ya del programa y me comunique con la persona que me atendió, le comente que estaban mal y reconciendo que había sido culpa de ellos y que me serian repuestos esos productos el 30 de agosto y ellos correrían con los gastos, al día de hoy me han dado tres versiones y los gerentes se niegan a darme solución y ni siquiera toman mis llamadas, hoy 4 de Septiembre volví a llamarles ya que se habían comprometido que los dos productos que salieron mal me los enviarían el pasado 30 de agosto y NO LLEGARON, hoy llame nuevamente y no me pueden dar el teléfono del gerente para llegar a un arreglo y tampoco un correo........QUIERO UNA SOLUCION!!!
I made an order last month from which I sent my logo and mentioned that I had an event and needed 51 pieces of 3 types of items, (pen, notebook and thermos), it turns out that the product arrives in the afternoon already to leave work and 1 day after my event, to the surprise of the day of the event, we see that in the notebook and the thermos the page is misspelled correctly and the pen is correct, we had to deliver the products because it was part of the program and I communicated with the person who attended to me, I commented that they were wrong and recognizing that it was their fault and that these products would be replaced on August 30 and they would bear the expenses, today they have given me three versions and the Managers refuse to give me a solution and do not even take my calls, today I called them again on September 4 since they had promised that the two products that went wrong would send them to me on August 30 and DID NOT ARRIVE, call me again today and they will not p Can you give the manager's phone number to reach an arrangement and also not an email ........ I WANT A SOLUTION !!!
