Al menos creo yo y he probado en Italia la pizza debe ser estilo galleta de la masa y con mucho queso eso es lo q la distingue y no es queso asadero debe ser parmesano
En mencion a eso nosotros los mexicanos estámOs acostumbrados a ponerle cosas parecidas pero aún así están ricas
Rich cheap although the dough is very bofa but rich
At least I think and I have tried in Italy the pizza must be cookie dough style and with a lot of cheese that is what distinguishes it and it is not asadero cheese it must be Parmesan
In that regard, we Mexicans are accustomed to putting similar things on it but they are still rich
