It works like this: when it's low season the owner says that she can not answer your requests because it is low season, and there's no sufficient divers do go to the dive sites, etc.. When it is high season, the owner says she's too much busy to answer your requests because there's too much demand. There are a thousand dive shops in Cozumel. Do not go for this one.

She's always really easy to get ahold of for scheduling, has great suggestions for dive sites for finding specific critters(NUDIS!!) taught me more about my GoPro and my TG-6 when we visited. As always, is accommodating to my/our schedules! Thank you so much for being there for me!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kim is a fantastic dive master, she knows the reefs around Cozumel incredibly well, and she should, she’s dove here for many years. She is patient and kind with those just starting out (I should know, she did my OW certification years ago), and has a keen eye for finding all manner of sea life, from nurse sharks, eagle rays, octopus, and turtles to all the little stuff like painted elysias and blenny’s. She is keenly aware of safety, marine park rules, and making sure we make as little impact as we can to the underwater environment while we are visitors. I’ve returned to Cozumel many times to go diving since my initial dives, and I always book with Kim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been diving with Kim for years, most recently in January '22. She gives such personal attention to her clients. Always calm and professional. We learn something new from her every time. I know she would be a great choice for new drivers, as she is so patient. Great with us old timers as well. Always a good attitude. Can't have a bad day when you dive!

She was our first choice as an open water dive instructor for multiple young divers in our family. She puts young divers at ease. Multiple turtle sightings and awesome drift diving.
