★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No compren nada con estas personas. Son unos estafadores. Ni se les ocurra comprarles algo. Te venden productos dañados y después te dan largas y nunca te vuelven a atender.
 Do not buy anything with these people. They are scammers. Don't even think about buying them anything. They sell you damaged products and then they give you long and never serve you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, de verdad una pesadilla. Un mes esperando a que vengan a instalar el fuelle de mi lavadora. Nunca contestan el teléfono, ni whatsapp, ni el correo. La personita que atiende el teléfono te contesta como si te estuviera haciendo un favor y su pretexto es "ya levanté el reporte", "ya sabe el jefe de técnicos", "hay mucho trabajo".
Tenían oficinas en Mixcoac que es la sucursal que me atendió, y ya las cerraron. Se niegan a darme la nueva dirección de su oficina (para recoger yo mismo mi parte) o teléfono de alguien que me pueda apoyar.
Sin lugar a dudas la peor experiencia de servicio al cliente que he tenido nunca. CERO RECOMENDABLE, ACABO DE LEVANTAR LA DENUNCIA FORMAL CON LA PROFECO POR EL INCUMPLIMIENTO DE SERVICIOS
Terrible service, truly a nightmare. A month waiting for them to come and install the bellows of my washing machine. They never answer the phone, or whatsapp, or the mail. The little person who answers the phone answers you as if he were doing you a favor and his pretext is "I already raised the report", "the chief technician knows", "there is a lot of work".
They had offices in Mixcoac, which is the branch that attended me, and they have already closed. They refuse to give me the new address of their office (to pick up my share myself) or the phone number of someone who can support me.
Hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had. ZERO RECOMMENDED, I JUST RAISED THE FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE PROPHECO FOR THE BREACH OF SERVICES
