About Dormimundo
Depósitos de Fábrica cambia su nombre a Depósitos Dormimundo. Abriendo sus oficinas en la sexta tienda de la cadena, ubicada en Av. Viaducto No. 44 Col. Narvarte.
En 1974, las oficinas se cambian a la colonia Granjas México, sede actual. Se abren 3 tiendas mas. En la colonia Portales, Jardín Balbuena y Del Valle.
Este año se registra la marca “Dormimundo”.
En 1975 abren su tercera fábrica, SPUM, dedicada a la fabricación de colchones de espuma. Los cuales comenzaron a comercializar en las tiendas de la cadena. Posteriormente fundan la empresa Plega Export, dedicada a la elaboración de herrajes para muebles como los sofá-camas. Herrajes que comenzaron a exportar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por parte del dueño, una actitud arrogante, prejuiciosa, y pocas ganas de atender, preferí ir hasta Querétaro, que comprar en este local con un vendedor tan mediocre.
Terrible attention from the owner, an arrogant, prejudiced attitude, and little desire to attend, I preferred to go to Querétaro, than to buy in this place with such a mediocre seller.

Mi mamá le dijo que regresaría cuando le dieran su aguinaldo y él se enojó y nos corrió amenazando que sus descuentos ya no estarían para entonces. Mi mamá no buscaba ofertas, solo un buen colchón, pero con esa actitud ni de broma regresaríamos.
I do not recommend it. The man who attends is a patan. My mom told him that she would come back when they gave him his Christmas bonus and he got angry and ran at us threatening that his discounts would no longer be there by then. My mother was not looking for offers, just a good mattress, but with that attitude we would not return as a joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MALA ATENCIÓN!! El vendedor evidentemente carece de buenas maneras. Si valoras la experiencia de compra y quieres que te ayuden a encontrar el mejor producto dentro de tu presupuesto POR FAVOR NO ENTRES A ESTA TIENDA gasta tu dinero donde te traten bonito y aquí NO es.
BAD ATTENTION!! The seller obviously lacks good manners. If you value the shopping experience and want help finding the best product within your budget, PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THIS STORE, spend your money where they treat you nicely and it is NOT here.

Pésima pésima experiencia, yo sólo buscaba un colchón y termine regañada y burlada por el empleado/dueño de esta sucursal, no tiene nada de trato con sus clientes, tal vez sepa mucho sobre el tema pero no sabe como transmitir eso a sus clientes, todo lo que tú digas para él no tiene validez, el señor no tiene ni la más remota idea de cómo atender la parte del servicio a cliente de un negocio, sólo sabe hablar mal de su competencia, ser prepotente, regañarte y burlarse de ti, en verdad no vayan aquí solo encontraran un pésimo servicio.
If you are looking for a mediocre seller, then this branch is for you.
Terrible terrible experience, I was only looking for a mattress and I ended up being scolded and mocked by the employee/owner of this branch, he has nothing to do with his clients, he may know a lot about the subject but he does not know how to convey that to his clients, everything what you say has no validity for him, the man does not have the remotest idea of how to deal with the customer service part of a business, he only knows how to speak ill of his competition, be arrogant, scold you and make fun of you, in really do not go here you will only find a lousy service.
