Las señoras que atienden muy groseras, y ni siquiera son comprensivas con una situación común de la pandemia como la pérdida de una nota. Pésimo. No hacen lo que deben hacer, SU TRABAJO.
Les pedimos un número para hacer una queja y nos dieron el numero de la misma sucursal.
No recomendable la verdad, evítense un problema y no vayan a esta sucursal.
 Terrible service the truth.
Ladies serving very rude, and not even sympathetic to a common pandemic situation like the loss of a note. Appalling. They don't do what they are supposed to do, THEIR JOB.
We asked them for a number to make a complaint and they gave us the number of the same branch.
I do not recommend the truth, avoid a problem and do not go to this branch.

Personal que trabaja te trata como una molestia.
No te dejan pasar a los probadores a ponerte el atuendo que eliges. Primero te obligan a pagar. En mi caso me obligaron y después al pasar a los probadores, no tenían mi atuendo completo. Ahí te empiezan a poner lo que ellos tienen y se niegan a devolver el dinero. Los accesorios y atuendos muchas veces tiene defectos y están en mal estado. Si es un evento demasiado importante no te recomiendo este lugar. Ya liverpool ofrece rentas y precio de compra muy atractivos. Insisto, su trato al cliente deja bastante que desear. No pases un mal rato. Elegir tu atuendo tiene que ser una buena experiencia siempre.

Working staff treat you like a nuisance.
They don't let you go to the changing rooms to put on the outfit of your choice. First they force you to pay. In my case they forced me and then when I went to the fitting rooms, they did not have my complete outfit. There they begin to put what they have and refuse to return the money. Accessories and outfits are often defective and in poor condition. If it is too important an event, I do not recommend this place. Liverpool already offers very attractive rents and purchase price. I insist, your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Don't have a hard time. Choosing your outfit has to always be a good experience.
