 I still can't believe she's already had surgery and is recovering. My experience with the professionalism of Dr. Gustavo and his team has been magnificent. I really appreciate everything you did for me.

El doctor llegó una hora tarde aproximadamente a la cita (pre-pagada).
Se notaba con una expresión y actitud un poco indiferente como si no quisiera estar ahí.
Con poca información recomendó cirugía (primera cita). También planteó el peor escenario, lo cual causó un mal momento y preocupación.
Mencionó una dieta y algunos detalles y su impresora nunca funcionó, por lo que le que pedí me lo enviara por correo en ese momento. Dijo lo enviaría después. Pasaron días, y le recordé vía WhatsApp, me contesto que enviaría la información, han pasado meses y nada.
En fin, desperdicio de dinero y tiempo es mi experiencia.
(Hice unos estudios con otro doctor y al final no tengo gran cosa, éste nuevo doctor jamás mencionó cirugía)
I simply detail my experience:
The doctor was about an hour late for the (pre-paid) appointment.
It was noted with a slightly indifferent expression and attitude as if he did not want to be there.
With little information, he recommended surgery (first appointment). He also laid out the worst case scenario, which caused bad timing and concern.
He mentioned a diet and some details and his printer never worked so I asked him to mail it to me right then and there. He said he would send it later. Days passed, and I reminded him via WhatsApp, he replied that he would send the information, months have passed and nothing.
Anyway, waste of money and time is my experience.
(I did some studies with another doctor and in the end I don't have much, this new doctor never mentioned surgery)
