I went to see the doctor back in February 2019 because I was experiencing some pain in my right leg after walking for more than 10 minutes, and I suspected hip problem.He made me walk in is office and diagnosed to me a problem in my back L5 but to be sure he requested MRI, at the following visit with MRI result he confirm me that my pain was do because of the issue on my L5 and so give me 2 choices: try with Cortisone shots or perform a surgery on my back. Fortunately I choose the Cortisone shots, returned to US I went to see another orthopedic for a second opinion, another MRI (because the machine used in Puerto Vallarta was to old) and the diagnosis was Hip problem so he give me 2 choice also, epidural steroid injection and see the result before perform a hip replacement. I did the shots last September and was fine until I was in Puerto Vallarta in December and January my pain come back. I went to see another orthopedic to be sure and I bring the MRI disk with me, after visiting me (no just walking in the office) and his diagnosis was hip problem no back surgery!

Dr Hernández had seen me several times over the last 10 years. He helped me by diagnosing and encouraging me during my difficult times. I am better now due to swimming and routine exercise. I have degenerative spinal issues. I recommend him due to his compassion and knowledge as well as he’s thorough.

I had a torn meniscus on right knee . Dr Hernandez came recommended by my wife's surgeon as the best of the best and I must say I can see why. Extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Ultra modern technology from PRP to stem cell therapies. Highly recommend!
