Siempre muy puntual. Solo siento que pudieran mejorar su atención al cliente tanto WhatsApp como el que me brindaron en su sucursal de Av. México ya que la señorita que me atendió parecía no estar capacitada y no tenía mucho conocimiento al respecto de sus servicios como para asesorarme directamente. En varias ocasiones tubo que preguntar o llamar para pedir información para poder responderme mis dudas. Mr. Rigoberto was my instructor and throughout my course he was patient and gave me very applicable tips, pointed out my mistakes and how to improve them and focused on making me practice them to correct them. Always very punctual. I only feel that they could improve their customer service, both WhatsApp and the one they gave me at their branch on Av. México, since the lady who attended me seemed to be untrained and did not have much knowledge about their services to advise me directly. On several occasions I had to ask or call to request information in order to answer my questions.
