★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite good food, very kind staff and very decent prices, unlike other touristic places in the region (especially Tulum). Real Mexican food. Get the guacamole, it is amazing!!
Lots of Veggie and Vegan options! Vegan tacos were okay but not the best tacos, you should rather go for meaty or fishy ones!
And delicious freshly squeezed juices!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soo very good! Fresh, handmade and flavorful. Might be the best enchiladas I've ever had, amazing sopes and excellent empanadas. The pico de Gallo was so fresh, it made the meal! Highly recommend, a great lunch spot after visiting the ruins +great view of the lake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Cocodrilo served us one of the best meals we had during our week long trip to Mexico, and for a fraction of the cost of what we would have paid in the more touristy areas. Seriously like 1/3 or less. This place is an absolute must if you go to Coba. The chicken lime soup was the best we’ve had anywhere. Nice setting and everyone in our group loved our meals!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a Mayan restaurant close to the entrance to Cobá ruins, the food was really delicious, only thing you have to be careful with hot sauces there, they are fire! The crocodile in the picture was in a small pond near the restaurant, but the told us they use to be near, but people is always pending of these animals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing local food. We had mayan chicken soup, yucateca pork and beefsteak. The staff is really friendly and this is the first place where we could drink a real espresso, which doesnt taste like water. Prices are great compared to tulum or other places.
