I had the quinoa ceviche and it was so delicious. My sister who is non vegan approved as well. I also had the Jamaica flautas and they were amazing. The other restaurants also have vegan options. I am so happy that Guadalajara has this great vegan food!!

Would return to try more of the menu - it’s great to see inventive vegan food!! (Beers in photo were not from El Vegano)
A	Alyssa Young on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really fresh with tons of options. It’s filling and creative. Ate here multiple times and always left happier then when I arrived. The service is awesome as well. This is inside of a high end type of “food court” market/mall. It’s called Mercado de Libertad. There are SO MANY good places to eat inside this Mercado! If you have a group this place is perfect because they’ve got El Vegano, an Italian place, a Japanese restaurant, a special churro shop.. the list goes on. Just visit this place and check out the entire market :) Ps: the no fish tacos are really filling and delicious! The first photo below is this dish.

Their most popular dish is the "No-Fish Tacos," which are made with cauliflower. If you're only making one visit, that's clearly the dish to get. The owner takes your order and supervises the kitchen, speaks good English, and is the nicest guy you'll ever meet. Everything is every entree on the menu is about $5 or less, so consider this a must-visit if you're passing through Guadalajara.
