The deal on the phone is very bad. They treated me without enthusiasm and they hung up on me saying "they don't have one" and laughing, I didn't even have time to say "ok, thank you".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a empeñar una pulsera de 14k, y me dijeron que al realizarle la prueba no era de oro, esa misma tarde la lleve a otra de sus sucursales que está en Coruña y paso la prueba, que capaciten bien a la gente de esa sucursal, les dije que la volvieran a checar y ni así, gerente atención !
I went to pawn a 14k bracelet, and they told me that when they tested it it was not gold, that same afternoon I took it to another of their branches that is in Coruña and it passed the test, that they train the people of that branch well, I told them to check it again and still, attention manager!
