★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO, TODOS LOS DÍAS LLAMO PARA REPORTAR QUE NO HAY ACCESO A INTERNET, MÍNIMO 1H DIARIA FALLA, NADIE TE SOLUCIONA Y ADEMÁS ES BASTANTE LENTO. AL INICIO UNO SE AGUANTA PORQUE NO HAY OPCIÓN PERO YA LES LLEGÓ COMPETENCIA Y AL MENOS YO ANTES DE DEJAR SU TERRIBLE SERVICIO SI ME IRÉ A PONER MI DEMANDA A LA ¡PROFECO! TENGO UN AÑO REGALANDOLES MI DINERO.
LOUD SERVICE, EVERY DAY I CALL TO REPORT THAT THERE IS NO INTERNET ACCESS, MINIMUM 1H DAILY FAILURE, NOBODY SOLVES YOU AND IT IS ALSO VERY SLOW. AT THE BEGINNING ONE AGUANTA BECAUSE THERE IS NO OPTION BUT COMPETITION ALREADY COME TO AND AT LEAST BEFORE LEAVING ITS TERRIBLE SERVICE IF I WILL GO TO PUT MY DEMAND TO THE PROPHECY! I HAVE A YEAR GIVING MY MONEY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el internet no sirve y el personal de soporte no sabe dar trato y mucho menos soluciones, no aceptan que la falla la tienen ellos.
Terrible service, the internet is useless and the support staff does not know how to give treatment, much less solutions, they do not accept that they have the fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabajar de home office utilizando su servicio ha sido un dolor de cabeza. No es posible tener una hora de velocidad razonablemente constante, demasiada latencia y tremenda perdida de paquetes. Desafortunadamente es lo que hay.
Working from home office using their service has been a headache. You can't have a reasonably constant hour of speed, too much latency, and tremendous packet loss. Unfortunately it is what it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio de Internet regular, a veces falla y para reportarlo esta difícil, para pagar en la oficina es hasta la 1 pm, para pagarlo en Oxxo llega el recibo pero no se puede abrir el archivo, total que es una lata para poder pagar.
Regular Internet service, sometimes it fails and to report it is difficult, to pay at the office is until 1 pm, to pay it in Oxxo the receipt arrives but the file cannot be opened, total that is a drag to pay.

Terrible service, it works when it feels like it and that if to charge well on time, I have put in many reports and they do not know other than to say that they are fixing something but they do not give a solution -0 literal stars

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!! IT GOES DOWN EVERY 5 MINUTES AND THEIR REPLY 365 DAYS IS THAT THE TECHNICIANS ARE ALREADY WORKING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND ON WEEKENDS THERE IS NO SERVICE
