They do not receive packages if I have the guide. They tell me that I have to buy the guide with them in order for them to receive my package. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! PLACE FILTH. I HAVE TO GO TO CHAPALA WHERE THEY ACCEPT MY PACKAGES.
